On April 29th, the 2019 Xinxiang City’s May 1st International Labor Day and May 1st Labor Award Commendation Conference organized by the Xinxiang City Federation of Trade Unions was held at the Xinxiang Plain Culture and Art Center. The conference was presided over by Zhang Guixiang, chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Chairman Zhang read out the "Decision of Xinxiang City Federation of Trade Unions to Commend Xinxiang May 1st Labor Award and Worker Pioneer Number" (XinGongZi [2019] No. 57).  Comrade Wang Shaoli joined Chuangli Company in 2008 as the operator of the assembly workshop. In September 2010, she was transferred to the cylindrical battery workshop to learn. From an ordinary employee, she grew up step by step and served as the team leader and the female worker member of the company’s trade union. Since March 2016, he has served as the deputy director and director of the cylindrical battery workshop.

 In 2018, the output of the cylindrical battery workshop increased by 47.8% over 2017 and 8.7 times over 2015. From 2016 to 2018, the workshop won the title of advanced unit of the company for three consecutive years.

 As the leader of the Ni-MH cylindrical battery workshop, Comrade Wang Shaoli has made great efforts to increase the output and achieved great results, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

One is to lead by example, teach by example, and ask employees to do it, first  do it themselves. In 2016, the company purchased automated production equipment. During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, it carefully learned the knowledge of equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance, timely solved the faults in the production process, improved equipment operation skills, and became familiar with the performance, operation and maintenance requirements of each equipment , Which greatly improves equipment utilization.

The second is patience and meticulousness. New employees are constantly being added due to the expansion of production scale and production equipment. For every new employee, she can selflessly impart work skills and requirements to them, so that new employees can be in a relatively short period of time. Familiar with the operation.

The third is to be based on one's own duties and be brave to contribute. In order to ensure production, I spend a lot of time living and eating in the factory, giving up a lot of rest time, and devoting myself to work. When the order is urgent, the production can be arranged reasonably, and the equipment can be kept without shutdown for 24 hours under the condition of ensuring that the employees are fully rested, which strongly supports the completion of the company's sales target tasks.
